Kotobukiya's "ARTFX J" series, renowned for its meticulously crafted anime and game character figures, is expanding its "Jujutsu Kaisen 0" lineup. Following the releases of Yuta Okkotsu and Suguru Geto, the highly anticipated "ARTFX J Satoru Gojo Jujutsu Kaisen 0 Ver." 1/8 scale figure is now available as a TOHO animation STORE exclusive! Priced at 13,200 JPY, the figure was scheduled for release in late October 2022.
The immensely popular character, Satoru Gojo, hails from the prestigious Gojo family, one of the "Big Three" sorcerer families. He first appeared as the first-year homeroom teacher at Tokyo Jujutsu High and is one of only four Special Grade Jujutsu Sorcerers, widely recognized as the strongest. While often appearing frivolous and childish, he is also incredibly reliable. Outside of combat, he typically conceals his legendary "Six Eyes" with an eye mask or sunglasses, revealing a handsome and refined face underneath. In "Jujutsu Kaisen 0," Gojo guides protagonist Yuta Okkotsu into Jujutsu High to learn sorcery, and the film also delves into the past relationship between Gojo and Suguru Geto.
Following the previous Satoru Gojo release, this new "ARTFX J Satoru Gojo Jujutsu Kaisen 0 Ver." 1/8 scale figure captures Gojo-sensei in his white bandage eye mask, as seen in the movie. Standing approximately 22.5 cm tall, his iconic silver-white hair is sculpted with translucent materials to delicately recreate its light, flowing texture. Posed in a dynamic combat stance with his left eye revealed, the figure perfectly showcases Gojo-sensei's undeniable coolness! The base features an irregular, paint-splatter design, fully immersing it in the "Jujutsu Kaisen" world, and is designed to be displayed alongside other figures in the series.
