As the "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean" (the sixth part of the original manga) TV anime continues to air, Medicos Entertainment is bringing back a popular entry in their "Super Action Statue" line: the "Super Action Statue Ermes Costello & Kiss Set." This highly anticipated rerelease is priced at 14,600 JPY (before tax) and is slated to arrive in October 2022!
A prominent female character in "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean," Ermes Costello (E・コステロ) is prisoner FE40533, who first encounters protagonist Jolyne in the detention center. She awakens her Stand ability, named "Kiss (Ki)," after being cut by a fragment of the "Arrow" that Jolyne discarded. Kiss allows her to apply a special lip-print sticker to an object, splitting it into two. Removing the sticker merges the objects back together, generating a destructive force that impacts nearby surroundings.
This "Super Action Statue Ermes Costello & Kiss" set is identical to the version released in 2015, though collectors will note a significant price increase. The figures feature Araki-sensei's specified color scheme, faithfully recreating their unique designs! Super Action Statue Ermes stands approximately 155 mm tall. Her cool braided hairstyle and tough facial features, which often lead to her being mistaken for a man, are meticulously reproduced. She comes with two interchangeable face plates—a standard expression and a shouting face—along with accessories like "lip-print stickers" and a "handgun."
Additionally, Super Action Statue Kiss features its unique head sculpt and the distinctive lip-print details on its body, all meticulously recreated. It also includes two interchangeable face parts: a standard expression and a battle-ready shouting face. When displayed with Ermes and the various interchangeable hand gestures, fans can perfectly recreate their dynamic combat scenes from the series!
