Japan's Kitan Club Co., Ltd. is expanding its popular "Pokémon Palette Color Collection" series, which draws inspiration from the beloved "Pokémon" anime. Following the success of the Pink, Yellow, Purple, Blue, Orange, and Green installments, the company is now releasing its seventh wave: the "Pokémon Palette Color Collection ~Brown~" capsule toy series (パレットカラーコレクション～Brown～). This collection features five different figures, each retailing for a suggested price of 400 JPY, and was released in June 2022.
The "Pokémon Palette Color Collection" series is conceptualized around art supplies like palettes, paints, and brushes, categorizing various Pokémon by their shared color schemes, regardless of their original types. Each figure stands approximately 30-50mm tall. This seventh installment focuses on the "Brown" theme and includes five adorable characters: Eevee, Greedent, Cubone, Buneary, and Hitmonlee. Each Pokémon is depicted holding a paintbrush, paint roller, or paint tube, making for a charming and endearing display. Collecting the entire set in the same color scheme creates a wonderfully cohesive and therapeutic arrangement!
