Japanese toy brand Kaiyodo, known for its incredibly posable "Amazing Yamaguchi" (アメコミヤマグチ) action figure series, recently launched the "NEW 52 Superman" based on DC Comics. Now, a black suit variant is set to release in June 2022, exclusively available through BigBadToyStore (BBTS)!
Standing approximately 17.5 cm tall, this figure is meticulously crafted based on the "NEW 52" design, faithfully recreating Superman's iconic physique with its exaggerated lines and powerful musculature. The original red and blue color scheme has been reimagined in a sleek black and silver, giving the chest emblem, belt, and boots a more metallic sheen and a sharper visual impact. Accessories include multiple interchangeable head sculpts, allowing for various gazes and a dynamic red-eyed heat vision pose. A wide array of interchangeable hand parts are also included, perfect for recreating diverse action scenes. The cape features a multi-piece design, enabling dynamic posing that further enhances the overall tension and expressiveness of the figure.
