BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division today announced the latest product from the second part of "AMAIM Warrior at the Borderline," set to air in April: the "HG 1/72 MAILeS Brady Phantom" plastic model kit, slated for release in July 2022.
The MAILeS Brady Phantom's overall design is similar to the MAILeS Brady Fox. Judging by its name and primary armament—two long swords—this unit is almost certainly the personal machine of North American Alliance commander, Brad Watt. It also appears to incorporate, or at least draw inspiration from, the powerful "Ghost" drone's technology.
The "HG 1/72 MAILeS Brady Phantom" utilizes numerous new parts to faithfully recreate its sharp, distinct armor silhouette, differentiating it from the Brady Fox. Its menacing, jet-black appearance is achieved with dark gray and dark blue molded plastic. For weaponry, it comes equipped with two long swords and arm gauntlets. The gauntlets feature articulated mechanisms, allowing their two sharp claws to deploy. The large stabilizer wings on its back are also designed with an upward and downward rotation mechanism.
