Hong Kong-based action figure brand Storm Collectibles, known for its 1/12 scale action figure line based on characters from SNK's renowned fighting game "The King of Fighters '98 Ultimate Match" (KOF98'UM), is set to release the sexy female character Blue Mary! The figure is slated for release in Q3 2022.
Blue Mary first appeared in "Fatal Fury 3", making her the second female character to debut in the series after Mai Shiranui. With her short blonde hair, wild yet sexy demeanor, and her background as a private detective specializing in joint locks, her unique charm quickly propelled her popularity. She later joined the KOF series in KOF '97 and has been a staple character ever since. She shares an "more than friends, less than lovers" relationship with "Fatal Fury" protagonist Terry Bogard.
Blue Mary's theme song, "Blue Mary's Blues":
This Storm Collectibles Blue Mary figure, also in 1/12 scale, maintains the brand's consistent quality. The sculpt is based on her appearance when she first joined KOF '97. For accessories, it includes four interchangeable face sculpts, five pairs of interchangeable hands, and a special effect part to simulate a ground throw.
