Bandai Candy, the Shokugan division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., recently announced the latest addition to its "SO-DO CHRONICLE" Kamen Rider action figure Shokugan series. This new release, "SO-DO CHRONICLE SO-DO Kamen Rider OOO Revival of the Core Medals Set 02," is based on the movie "Kamen Rider OOO 10th: Revival of the Core Medals" and is slated for a September 2022 release.
"Kamen Rider OOO 10th: Revival of the Core Medals" continues the story after the TV series, set in 2021. The world is plunged into chaos and terror following the awakening of the legendary Ancient OOO, who transcends 800 years of time, and the resurgence of numerous Greeed attacking humanity. As the world faces its demise, Eiji Hino, who embarked on a journey to find a way to revive Ankh, finally returns. Alongside Shintaro Goto, Akira Date, and Hina Izumi, he joins the resistance and confronts the threat as Kamen Rider OOO.
This second wave features four distinct Riders: Kamen Rider Birth X, Ancient OOO, Ancient OOO (Greeed Absorbed Form), and Kamen Rider Goda. Each figure boasts articulated joints, with colors faithfully recreated using painted parts and stickers, and comes complete with their respective weapon accessories.
