Following the release of their popular action figure based on the 1931 film "Frankenstein," US toy brand NECA has now unveiled a new "Frankenstein Accessory Set," slated for an August 2022 release.
Frankenstein's Monster, often simply referred to as Frankenstein, is the iconic artificial human created by the "mother of science fiction," British author Mary Shelley. The creature was brought to life by the mad scientist Victor Frankenstein after countless experiments. In the classic 1931 film, Victor's repeated cry of "It's Alive!" became one of the most enduring lines associated with the monster.
This accessory set is custom-designed for NECA's Frankenstein action figure and includes a lab table measuring approximately 24 cm long, a bandaged alternate head, a white cloth, and a torch accessory. Official images show that the restraints on the lab table are fully detachable, allowing collectors to pair them with the separately sold Frankenstein figure to perfectly recreate the monster's iconic moment of awakening! The bandaged alternate head is also an excellent addition. Long-time fans of the "Frankenstein" film will definitely want to consider adding this to their collection.
