Following the release of the Nendoroid Jolyne Cujoh from the "Stone Ocean" arc of the "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" TV anime series, Good Smile Company is set to release the new "Nendoroid Jotaro Kujo: Stone Ocean Ver." articulated figure. This latest addition to the popular Nendoroid line, which boasts over a thousand unique products, will retail for 5,478 JPY and is slated for a September 2022 release.
Jotaro Kujo, the protagonist of "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 3: Stardust Crusaders," makes a return in "Stone Ocean" as Jolyne Cujoh's father. He travels to the state prison known as "Green Dolphin Street Prison" (Aquarium) to save his falsely imprisoned daughter. However, while protecting Jolyne, he is ambushed by Whitesnake, and his memory and Stand are stolen in the form of DISC-like objects, leaving him in a vegetative state.
The "Nendoroid Jotaro Kujo: Stone Ocean Ver." articulated figure stands approximately 10 cm tall, faithfully recreating Jotaro's flashy and distinctive outfit from "Stone Ocean." It includes three interchangeable face plates: a stern "Standard Face," a powerful "Ora Ora Face" for his signature Stand rush, and the shocking "DISC Face" from the series, allowing collectors to recreate that pivotal, devastating scene. Additionally, the Nendoroid comes with multiple interchangeable hand parts and "Punching Effect" parts to depict his Stand, Star Platinum, delivering powerful blows. Fans can pose him in his iconic hands-in-pockets stance, recreate his reunion with Jolyne in prison, and stage various intense battle scenes!
