Brazilian collectible manufacturer Iron Studios recently unveiled new statues from various popular IPs. This article focuses on their latest 1/10 scale "Batman" and "Batmobile" statues, inspired by "Batman: The Animated Series"! These are slated for a Q1 2023 release.
Airing from 1992 to 1995, "Batman: The Animated Series" utilized the then-innovative "dark deco" animation style, which perfectly captured the original comic's color palette and tone. The series stood out with its unique musical score and art direction. Beyond depicting Batman's crime-fighting and meticulous detective work, it also offered incredibly deep characterizations and brilliant adaptations of its villains, making it a classic, successful, and absolutely essential animated work for any Batman fan.
These new releases join Iron Studios' "Art Scale" line. The Batman statue stands approximately 24 cm tall, while the Batmobile boasts an impressive length of 63 cm. Both pieces faithfully capture their classic designs based on "Batman: The Animated Series." The Batman figure features exaggerated musculature, enhanced by dynamic shadow painting that adds depth, and a beautifully sculpted flowing cape. The Batmobile perfectly recreates its iconic elongated body and sleek, eye-catching design. Both bases are crafted in a matching style, and the Batman statue even includes a nameplate featuring the "Batman: The Animated Series" logo!
▼ In addition to being sold separately, Iron Studios is also releasing a deluxe "Batman & Batmobile" set.
