To coincide with the "KINGDOM HEARTS 20th ANNIVERSARY EVENT," Square Enix is expanding its high-quality 1/6 scale action figure line, PLAY ARTS Kai, with the release of the PLAY ARTS Kai Kairi, based on "Kingdom Hearts III." This figure is scheduled for release in Japan on June 30, 2023.
The heroine of the "Kingdom Hearts" series, Kairi, possesses a kind and caring personality. She lives on the tranquil Destiny Islands with her friends Sora and Riku. Their names correspond to "sky," "land," and "sea" respectively, reflecting their individual temperaments. While Kairi's role in the games might not always be central, she is an incredibly important presence to both Sora and Riku. Her true identity is one of the Seven Princesses of Heart.
The PLAY ARTS Kai Kairi action figure faithfully recreates her adorable pink-themed outfit. Intricate details like her pleated skirt, metallic buttons, and zippers are meticulously sculpted. In addition to her gentle and cheerful smiling expression from the game, the figure also includes two alternate face plates: a cute open-mouthed smile and a shouting combat expression. Paired with various interchangeable hand parts and her magnificent Keyblade, Destiny Embrace, collectors can recreate a multitude of scenes from the series.
