The popular "Pop! Vinyl" collectible series from Western toy manufacturer Funko recently announced several new products inspired by Marvel Studios' "Thor: Love and Thunder." This article highlights the exciting new addition to the "Pop! Rides" lineup: the "The Goat Boat"! It was originally slated for release in July 2022.
In both Norse mythology and the original Marvel comics, Thor traditionally rides a chariot pulled by two goats, using it for battle or transporting allies and supplies. However, in "Thor: Love and Thunder," this concept is reimagined as a Viking longship, which we even saw soaring through the sky in the initial teaser trailer! While the detailed dimensions for this "The Goat Boat" Pop! Rides figure haven't been revealed yet, it undoubtedly makes a striking impression. Thor stands heroically at the bow, his red cape sculpted to capture a dynamic, wind-swept motion. The ship itself features rich, intricate details, and the two goats pulling it—Toothgnasher and Toothgrinder—are incredibly adorable, with their playful tongues sticking out, adding a delightful touch!
▼ The vibrant, Rainbow Bridge-like base is undoubtedly another major highlight of this piece. We're genuinely excited for this release!
