LEGO's Art series, designed for adult builders and focusing on mosaic art, recently unveiled its latest product, set number 31206: "The Rolling Stones"! The legendary "Tongue and Lips" logo, arguably rock and roll's most iconic and popular emblem, has been transformed into a LEGO model. It is slated for release on August 1, 2022.
This set comprises 1,998 pieces. Once assembled, it stands at an impressive 57 cm tall, making a significant statement. Unlike previous LEGO Art sets, which typically feature square or rectangular designs, the 31206 The Rolling Stones set directly builds an irregularly shaped Tongue and Lips model. Utilizing red, white, and black bricks, it faithfully recreates John Pasche's original 1970 design. Additionally, a special brick printed with "the Rolling Stones EST.1962" is visible in the lower right. Even cooler, scanning the QR code included in the set allows you to immerse yourself in a custom-curated Rolling Stones soundtrack while building, offering approximately an hour of tailored content.
▼ Displayed on a wall, it looks incredibly cool!
▼ According to official images, the set also appears to include extra pieces, allowing builders to create an alternative design commemorating the Rolling Stones' 60th anniversary.
