BANPRESTO, a prize figure brand under Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS, is set to release the eighth installment in its popular "Oni no Sou" series. Following the highly successful "Kizuna no Sou" line and previous "Oni no Sou" releases like Vol. 1, Vol. 2, and Vol. 3, the new "Oni no Sou Vol. 8" is slated for a September 2022 launch.
As is customary for the series, the two characters featured in Oni no Sou Vol. 8 include a re-release of Daki, who previously appeared in the last volume. This version presents her bold, revealing outfit in a weathered, sepia-toned color scheme, giving her a vintage, aged aesthetic.
The other new character making an appearance is the immensely popular Upper Rank Six, Gyutaro, from the "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc." Daki's brother is faithfully recreated in his demon form, featuring yellow sclera, an eerie light gray complexion, and an unnaturally twisted, emaciated body with protruding spinal bones, creating a truly terrifying and unsettling appearance.
