Bandai Candy's popular assembly model shokugan series, "SHOKUGAN MODELING PROJECT", today announced the latest additions from "Genesis of Aquarion": the "Aquarion" and "Infinity Punch & Expansion Parts Set," both scheduled for release in September 2022.
The standard retail release features three distinct models: Vector Sola, Vector Luna, and Vector Mars. These units faithfully recreate their iconic designs and include fuselage marking stickers. Each joint is engineered for enhanced durability, allowing for the Getter Robo-inspired transformation and combination gimmick. Collectors can form three different configurations: Solar Aquarion, Luna Aquarion, and Mars Aquarion.
Meanwhile, the Premium Bandai exclusive "Infinity Punch & Expansion Parts Set" includes dedicated weapons for each of the three forms, such as the "Solar Arrow," "Lunar Bow," and "Starlight Sword." It also features the impressive "Solar Wings" that deploy from Solar Aquarion's back during its power release, and effect parts for the signature special move, the "Infinity Punch," which can extend up to 110 cm in length! The Infinity Punch is comprised of five extension parts, along with connecting parts for turns and five dedicated display stands, allowing collectors to freely adjust its length and direction.
