The adorable little PlayStation robot is getting a figure! Japanese toy giant GOOD SMILE COMPANY, known for its massive lineup of "Nendoroid" figures, has just announced a new release slated for December 2022: the lovable hero ASTRO from the hit PlayStation 5 pack-in game, "Astro's Playroom"!
The PlayStation 5 remains one of the hottest and most sought-after consoles on the market, and pre-installed on every unit is "Astro's Playroom". While it primarily serves as a tech demo, the game has won over players with its charming protagonist, countless Easter eggs referencing PlayStation history, and its brilliant showcase of the PS5's hardware capabilities. With a full set of trophies to earn, it's a surprisingly deep and worthwhile experience.

This Nendoroid perfectly captures the little robotic hero from the game. It features his simple white and blue body and comes with three interchangeable face plates: a standard face, a smiling face, and a dizzy face. Despite their simplicity, the dot-and-arrow designs perfectly convey Astro's emotions. Optional parts include a fuse, a fuse cover, a coin, and jet-booster effect parts for his feet. For fans who fell in love with this delightful pack-in title, this is a must-have collectible!
