BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division is set to launch the latest entry in its original mecha girl model kit line, "30 MINUTES SISTERS," with the "30MS SIS-Gc69r Alka-Carty (Quartet Mode)" on May 28, 2022 JST. The kit will retail for 3,300 JPY (tax included).
Alka-Carty is an original 30MS character designed by mechanical designer Kanetake Ebikawa and supervised by illustrator Fumikane Shimada. This comprehensive kit includes the character's base body, interchangeable face parts, and a full set of weapon components, allowing collectors to fully experience Alka-Carty's unique design concept and versatile armed configurations.
The kit features multi-color molded parts in orange, black, white, yellow, and skin tones, with all three face parts coming pre-printed. The runner layout maintains the 30MM series' core focus on "ease of assembly" and "smooth workflow," making it accessible even for beginner modelers. The base body boasts both excellent proportions and high posability. In addition to posing her with the included hairstyles and expressions to recreate various scenes, you can also customize her with separately sold 30MS modification parts to change her hairstyle, hair color, expressions, and body sculpt.
The armed components primarily consist of arm armor and a large booster unit mounted on her lower back. The arm armor can be equipped with Giant Claws, or its wings can be detached and utilized as Twin Guns. Beyond their articulated bases, the side boosters also conceal a mechanism to deploy mechanical feet. Furthermore, the entire body features standardized 3mm ports, allowing for extensive customization with parts from both the 30MM and 30MS series.
