Japan's GOOD SMILE COMPANY is set to release a new figure in October 2022 for its affordable pre-painted PVC figure series, "POP UP PARADE." This latest addition features the computer genius and super hacker, "Ed," alongside the adorable, highly intelligent corgi, "Ein," both from the renowned classic anime series "Cowboy Bebop."

"Cowboy Bebop" (カウボーイビバップ), also known as "Bounty Hunter," is an original anime produced by Sunrise and Bandai, with Hajime Yatate credited as the original creator. It first aired on TV Tokyo in April 1998. The story follows protagonist Spike and his partner Jet, both bounty hunters. Through a series of events, they encounter Faye, a beautiful and money-loving woman, Ed, a computer prodigy, and Ein, a highly intelligent dog. The four individuals and one dog embark on a life of chasing bounties, and through a series of incidents, they attempt to heal the indelible traumas of their pasts.
Ed, the team's computer expert and a formidable hacker, appears to be a mischievous and energetic boy, but is actually a girl. While often seeming like a boisterous child, she possesses unique insights. She particularly enjoys playing with Ein, an ordinary-looking corgi who, having been subjected to experiments by a research institution, boasts an intelligence far superior to that of a typical dog. Unfortunately, Spike, the protagonist, often dismisses Ein as just a mutt.
This POP UP PARADE figure of Ed from "Cowboy Bebop" stands approximately 15.5 cm tall, capturing Ed's usual lively and enthusiastic demeanor. Her favorite playmate, Ein, is depicted being held in her arms with both hands, looking both innocent and adorable.
