Chinese brand DODOWO (朵朵窩) is launching its first collaboration with the beloved classic Wuxia RPG "The Legend of Sword and Fairy" and the adorable character Kamii. This "The Legend of Sword and Fairy: Immortal Dream" blind box series features 6+1 designs and was slated for release in late July 2022.
Originally developed by Softstar Entertainment (大宇資訊) for DOS platforms, "The Legend of Sword and Fairy" first launched in 1995 to immense success. It quickly became a landmark in Chinese PC gaming, spawning numerous sequels, novel adaptations, live-action TV series, and mobile games. Set in ancient China, the game weaves a fantastical romantic Wuxia tale centered on destiny, with a captivating story built around the relationships between protagonists Li Xiaoyao, Zhao Ling'er, and Lin Yueru.
The "The Legend of Sword and Fairy: Immortal Dream" blind box series reimagines the starry-eyed Kamii character in iconic "The Legend of Sword and Fairy" outfits. Each figure stands approximately 80mm tall, featuring adorable Q-style designs and character-specific sitting poses. The collection includes six standard figures: Li Xiaoyao, Zhao Ling'er, Lin Yueru, Anu, Situ Zhong (Wine Sword Immortal), and the rare Caiyi. The highly sought-after chase figure is Dream Snake Ling'er, depicting her true form from the series!
