LEGO recently announced several new Star Wars-themed products. This article will feature the "75336 Inquisitor Transport Scythe" and the BrickHeadz series' "40547 Obi-Wan & Darth Vader", both inspired by the latest series "Obi-Wan Kenobi"! They are scheduled for release on August 1, 2022.
First, let's look at the "Inquisitor Transport Scythe" vehicle + minifigure set, which consists of 924 pieces. It faithfully recreates the appearance of the Inquisitors' dedicated starship, which belongs to the Galactic Empire and debuted in the first episode of "Obi-Wan Kenobi". The extensive use of black bricks and the red cockpit glass exude a strong sense of oppression and classic Imperial style. By folding the wings up and down, you can recreate both landing and flight modes. This set also features playable mechanisms such as an access ramp, stud shooters, and an interior cockpit. Next up is the new BrickHeadz series set, "40547 Obi-Wan & Darth Vader", featuring the signature big-head, chibi style. It contains 260 pieces, and once assembled, both characters stand approximately 8 cm tall. This cute new interpretation, while retaining the characters' distinctive features, is sure to appeal to many toy collectors. Obi-Wan showcases excellent detailing in his hair, Jedi robes, and belt, while Darth Vader's air filter, chest panel, and belt details are fully reproduced with printed elements.
