(イエロー), a Japanese apparel and general merchandise import/export sales company, under its emerging gashapon brand "Yellow Group," will release the refreshing and humorous "Summer Cuts" (tentative translation, サマーカッツ) gashapon! After their originally fluffy and cute animal forms are shaved... hilarious new looks appear! There are six types in total, with a reference price of 300 JPY per capsule, scheduled to be released in late September 2022~
The "Summer Cuts" gashapon, designed by the creative product development team "Senmon Mufu," is inspired by how pet cats and dogs are shaved to beat the heat when summer heatwaves arrive~ But this time, the animals being shaved are ones we've never seen before... shaved tigers, shaved pandas, shaved alpacas, shaved yaks, unshaved koalas, and shaved wolves! They retain their familiar head shapes, but their lower bodies are completely shaved bare, revealing their skin and slender figures! This extremely contrasting and hilarious appearance is both cute and pitiful... and after a while, perhaps a little bit unsettling?
