Following the release of popular items like the "Demon Slayer Tamagotchi" and "Pui Pui Molcar Tamagotchi," Bandai Namco's popular handheld electronic pet game device, "Tamagotchi," has announced the "SPY x FAMILY TAMAGOTCHI" based on the popular Japanese anime "SPY×FAMILY." It will be available in two colors, each with a suggested retail price of 2,530 JPY, and is scheduled for release in early December 2022!
The classic childhood toy "Tamagotchi" (たまごっち!) is a handheld electronic pet game device (commonly known as "electronic chicken" in Taiwan) launched by Japan's BANDAI and WIZ companies starting in 1996. Designed as a small, cute egg-shaped electronic toy, it allows players to raise various electronic pets, caring for them anytime, anywhere, including feeding, cleaning up waste, and watching them grow.
The "SPY x FAMILY TAMAGOTCHI" unit is a mini-sized 40mm×30mm×30mm, one size smaller than the original Tamagotchi. It combines the electronic pet concept with the world of SPY×FAMILY, offering an Anya electronic device where you can painlessly raise a daughter! You can raise Anya in 14 different appearances, including her casual clothes before school, Eden Academy uniform, and various swimsuits. Of course, her characteristic expressive faces are also present, with the classic "Heh" face, shocked expression, and sweet smile being major highlights!
In addition to feeding Anya her favorite peanuts, there are three mini-games you can play with Anya, and the results of these games will affect Anya's growth. Classic scenes from the show are also included, thoroughly recreating the SPY×FAMILY world in pixel art style! It comes in two colors: a lovely pink Anya color and a light military green spy color, with slightly different patterns. Start raising your adorable daughter now!
