Released by Japan's Bandai Toys Gashapon brand, the 'MOBILE SUIT ENSEMBLE' series of Mobile Suit Gundam capsule toys, known for its common connection points and infinite customization, has recently unveiled the prototype for its latest product from 'Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ', the 'NZ-000 Quin Mantha', following ZZ Gundam and Qubeley. The release date is yet to be determined.
The NZ-000 Quin Mantha is a mobile suit piloted by the Cyber Newtype Ple-Two during the First Neo Zeon War in Universal Century 0088, when Neo Zeon general Glemy Toto attempted to seize power, sparking an internal conflict. This mobile suit was constructed using captured Psycho Gundam Mk-II technology combined with the latest Neo Zeon military advancements. It boasts a colossal height of 40 meters, is equipped with 9 MEGA Particle Cannons throughout its body, and features as many as 30 Funnels. When piloted by a highly capable Cyber Newtype, it can instantly sweep away numerous targets on the battlefield.
The 'MOBILE SUIT ENSEMBLE Quin Mantha' currently only has an unpainted prototype, produced via 3D printing, revealed. Although it features a low-head-to-body ratio, its characteristic massive shoulders and large feet still look incredibly cool. The prototype also meticulously details the MEGA Particle Cannon firing ports and rich armor details across its entire body. We wonder if the impressive 30 Funnels will be able to be recreated with effect parts?
