There are countless LEGO enthusiasts worldwide who meticulously craft astonishing creations! This time, we're featuring the "The Demogorchid", a creation by LEGO builder Jayfa (@jayfamocs), inspired by the hugely popular American drama series "Stranger Things"!
We believe all toy enthusiasts are deeply impressed by the Demogorgon from "Stranger Things"; even if you haven't watched the show, you've surely seen it on social media~ However, the Demogorgon designed by Jayfa, built using parts from the Botanical Collection set "10311 Orchid", can be said to infuse a hint of burgeoning vitality into its highly menacing form. Not only does it cleverly utilize white petal pieces to outline the head, but the dense sharp teeth are also recreated with miniature claw elements. The chest is composed of white leaf pieces, stacked to create rich layers. Interestingly, the small flower pieces from the "10311 Orchid" set, which are originally the Demogorgon minifigure's head, are perfectly suited for this application.
The body is constructed with various shades of green and brown bricks, fully depicting the Demogorgon's gaunt physique. Furthermore, the fingers, formed from branch elements, exude a chilling aura! While detailed specifications and information about this creation are scarce, the creator Jayfa mentioned that orchids, in his view, are not only cool plants but their flowers also have a slight resemblance to a monster's face. This "Demogorchid" was Jayfa's entry for the 2022 LEGO building competition "Bio-Cup 2022", and it is truly spectacular!
