Japan's GOOD SMILE COMPANY's affordable PVC painted finished product series, "POP UP PARADE," will release a PVC figure of "Shizu" (シズ), one of the important characters from the renowned work "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime," with an anticipated release in October 2022.
"That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" (転生したらスライムだった件) is a web novel created by Japanese novelist Fuse, which began serialization online in 2013. After gaining immense popularity, it was subsequently adapted into manga and anime. The story follows a 37-year-old office worker named Satoru Mikami, who, after an accidental death, finds himself reincarnated in another world as a slime. The story unfolds from his interactions with the monster "Veldora Tempest," with whom he is confined.
Shizu, like Rimuru, is also a summoned Japanese person, but she arrived many years before Rimuru. Her real name is Shizue Izawa. She was summoned by Demon Lord Leon and possessed by the fire spirit Ifrit. Later, she learned magic under the hero Chloe and obtained an anti-magic mask to control the fire spirit within her, earning her the title "Explosive Flame Dominator." After Rimuru consumed the out-of-control fire spirit within her, Shizu, losing her spiritual power, quickly weakened.
