Japanese figure company BellFine (株式会社ベルファイン) will release a 1/7 scale pre-painted figure of the protagonist "Yoh Asakura" based on the new anime "Shaman King (2021)"! The suggested retail price is 19,580 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in October 2022.
"Shaman King" protagonist Yoh "Yoh Asakura" hails from the Asakura family, a lineage of shamans. He received training from his grandfather since childhood and was ostracized by other children in town, who called him "Oni-do" (demon child). To create a "world where everyone can live happily," he aims to become the Shaman King. Yoh's personality is optimistic and cheerful, and he takes things easy, believing that "everything will work out." He possesses a gentle and unwavering heart; he is both the opposite and the fated rival of his twin brother, "Hao."
The "BellFine Yoh Asakura" 1/7 scale pre-painted figure stands approximately 24 cm tall. Diverging from his usual laid-back demeanor, he is depicted in a sharp battle stance, holding his weapon with keen eyes. His orange and black combat attire, orange headphones, the Oracle Bell on his hand, the Futsunomitama Sword, and Harusame are all rendered with exquisite detail and paintwork. The deep brown color of his hair and the finely sculpted strands showcase Yoh's cool side! The "Funbari Onsen" (Funbari Hot Spring) lettering on his back is also faithfully reproduced.
