Japanese figure manufacturers MEDICOS and Kotobukiya recently announced the latest products from the popular manga "The Demon Girl Next Door": "Shadow Mistress Yuko School Uniform Ver. 1/7 Scale Figure" and "Chiyoda Momo School Uniform Ver. 1/7 Scale Figure," both scheduled for release in April 2023.
Following the "Crisis Management!" demon transformation figure released in 2019, MEDICOS and Kotobukiya are once again releasing the adorable demon girl Shamiko, coinciding with the broadcast of the anime's second season. Her pose, curled hair ends, skirt hem, and slender demon tail all feature dynamic sculpting. The metallic texture of the umbrella's frame and the Scottish plaid pattern on her uniform are reproduced through paintwork and printing. Accompanied by a mini Momo teru teru bozu hanging from the umbrella, her ancestor in a raincoat at her feet, and a hydrangea standee in the background, the figure perfectly captures the rainy day atmosphere.
