BANDAI CANDY, the Shokugan division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., today announced the latest product from their popular movable Shokugan series 'SHODO': 'Paildramon & BlackWarGreymon' from Digimon, scheduled for release in November 2022.
This release features Paildramon, formed by the DNA Digivolution of ExVeemon and Stingmon, who protects the children, and BlackWarGreymon, who constantly seeks the meaning of his own existence amidst battle and destruction. These two Digimon have clashed multiple times in Digimon Adventure 02, making them a classic fated rival duo.
The "SHODO Paildramon & BlackWarGreymon" set recreates both Digimon in a palm-sized scale of approximately 8 cm tall, faithfully reproducing their cool, mechanical designs as seen in the series. Rich paint applications are used to replicate their full body colors and metallic textures. Flexible articulated joints are embedded throughout their main body parts, allowing them to pose with their respective special moves, "Desperado Blaster" and "Terra Destroyer," using the included accessories. Furthermore, the set also includes 5 "Dark Towers," which gave birth to BlackWarGreymon and were used to block Digimon's evolution abilities, connecting to the in-story world view!
