Toy manufacturer JOYTOY has just announced the launch of all-new bodies for its hero characters, releasing a total of 6 elite figures from various Chapters, including a Primaris Captain, Primaris Lieutenants, and a Veteran Sergeant. "Warhammer" fans interested in these new products can contact them via email at: [email protected].
The characters being released this time are all based on named figures from the rulebooks or characters from other derivative works like video games. However, due to copyright reasons, their names have been slightly altered. For example, Primaris Captain Sidonicus is actually based on the character "Sidonus" from the video game "Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine". These new characters will feature JOYTOY's newly designed bodies, which will be several millimeters taller than previous standard figures and possess more flexible and stable articulated joints.
Primaris Lieutenant
A rank that was once common during the Great Crusade era, it was later abolished with the issuance of the "Codex Astartes" before being reinstated by Roboute Guilliman. Each Space Marine Captain has two Lieutenants under his command, serving as his aides and advisors. Each is responsible for managing half of the battle company and executing the Captain's orders. However, the duties or titles of a Lieutenant can vary depending on the specific culture of their Chapter. For instance, the Space Wolves prefer the title "Battle Leader"; the Lieutenants of the Iron Hands are known as "Naysmiths," and their role is to question the Captain's orders and plans to ensure any potential errors of mortal thinking are eliminated and that everything aligns with logical calculation.
