Japan's renowned gashapon brand Kitan Club (キタンクラブ), following the popular "Helmet + Turtle" gashapon that combined helmets and turtles, is set to release a highly anticipated second series, "Helmet + Turtle 2"! More fun designs are making their appearance again! There are a total of five styles, each capsule costing 300 Japanese Yen, and they are expected to be released in early July 2022.
The "Helmet + Turtle 2" gashapon, with its upgraded safety protection, adheres to the principle of safety first, designing the hard turtle shell into various helmet styles required for different occasions. These include the Safety First Construction Helmet, a matte-textured Racing Helmet, a Firefighter's Helmet, an American Stars and Stripes Helmet, and... a Watermelon Helmet. These five fun designs, each approximately 5.5 cm in size, feature an articulated design mimicking a turtle retracting into its shell, allowing the head, limbs, and tail to all retract inside. The paintwork is also highly detailed and realistic! Adding more helmeted turtles to the lineup~
