Following the release of the 'Four Turtle Brothers' from their 'Art Scale' statue series based on 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,' Brazilian statue manufacturer Iron Studios recently unveiled the next installment: the 'Casey Jones' 1/10 scale full statue! Shipping is estimated for Q2 2023.
Recently, with the launch of the retro arcade-style video game 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge,' and the fact that 'Casey Jones' becomes a playable character after the first playthrough, this human ally of the Ninja Turtles, a vigilante who uses various sports equipment as weapons to fight crime, has not only been revisited by long-time fans but has also allowed more new collectors to get a glimpse of his classic animated style.
The 'Art Scale Casey Jones' three-dimensional rendition stands approximately 19 cm tall, faithfully recreating his fully armored appearance. His battle-ready stance, gripping a hockey stick with both hands and a low center of gravity, is incredibly cool! Character details such as his white mask, shoulder and shin guards, and golf bag filled with sticks are meticulously reproduced. The robust arms are further accentuated by shading effects, making the lines more prominent. Overall, the piece is truly formidable. The base even features shurikens launched by Foot Clan ninjas, suggesting someone is about to have a very bad day and receive a hockey stick beatdown.
