GOODSMILECOMPANY's Nendoroid series, a line of over a thousand different posable figures, will release a new product from the TV anime "Mob Psycho 100": the "Nendoroid Shigeo Kageyama". The suggested retail price is 6,500 JPY, and it is expected to be released in December 2022.
"Mob Psycho 100" (モブサイコ100), a work by Japanese web manga artist ONE, tells the story of Shigeo Kageyama, an ordinary-looking second-year middle school student who is actually a powerful psychic. However, due to his weak presence, he is called "Mob" by those around him. Under the guidance of his mentor and boss, Arataka Reigen, he begins working as an exorcist and tries to coexist with his psychic powers. However, his master Arataka Reigen, though claiming to be a psychic, is actually an ordinary person with no psychic abilities, running his "Spirits and Such Consultation Office" through various deceptive tactics and persuasive skills.
The "Nendoroid Shigeo Kageyama" articulated figure stands approximately 10 cm tall. It features Mob's signature bowl cut and school uniform in a cute, chibi style. It comes with three interchangeable face plates: a subtly expressionless "Normal Face," a sharp-eyed "Awakening Face," and an embarrassed "Blushing Face." Along with interchangeable hand parts and accessories such as the upper-class evil spirit "Dimple," a bent spoon, ramen & chopsticks, fans can recreate various scenes from the series. Additionally, it includes an interchangeable hair part with his hair standing on end, perfectly capturing his 100% Mob Awakening state!
