Figurama Collectors, a team specializing in detailed diorama statue designs, will launch the first release in their Elite Fusion series, a new work based on the popular Japanese anime "Shaman King": the "Yoh Asakura & Amidamaru" 1/6 scale diorama statue (YOH ELITE FUSION STATUE), with a suggested retail price of $899.99 USD, expected to be released in Q3 2023.
The protagonist of "Shaman King," "Yoh Asakura," comes from the Asakura family, a lineage of shamans. He received training from his grandfather since childhood and was ostracized by other children in town who called him "Oni Kid." His goal is to become the Shaman King to create "a world where everyone can live happily." Yoh has an optimistic and cheerful personality, taking things easy, believing that "things will always work out" for most matters. He possesses a gentle and unwavering heart; he is both the opposite and the fated rival of his twin brother, "Hao Asakura."
The "Elite Fusion Yoh Asakura & Amidamaru" 1/6 scale statue, with a total height of approximately 62 cm, represents one half of the Elite Fusion series. The overall design depicts Yoh and his loyal Guardian Ghost Amidamaru fighting together. When combined with the other half, the Hao Asakura & Spirit of Fire set, it completes the grand scene of the brothers' duel! Amidst the dynamic pose, intricate details such as clothing textures, armor, and hair are meticulously sculpted. The base features shattered rocks accompanied by bursting transparent smoke effect parts, and even Anna's red bandana! Both Yoh Asakura and Amidamaru have incredibly cool expressions on their faces, and the sword in their hands is made of die-cast metal, creating a realistic atmosphere.
