Hong Kong toy manufacturer Hot Toys announced yesterday (13th) several new products available for pre-order at the upcoming annual event, the "Hot Toys Summer Showcase 2022 Collectible Figures Exhibition." This article will provide details on the 1/6th scale collectible figure of "Obi-Wan Kenobi" from the Star Wars series "Obi-Wan Kenobi."
This figure stands approximately 30.5 cm tall and features 30 points of articulation, faithfully recreating the grey and brown Jedi attire, a leather-like utility belt with a holster, and a sleeveless hooded robe. The head sculpt features rolling eyeballs, allowing for various expressions, and captures his swept-back hair and full beard. Accessories include a pair of binoculars, a blue lightsaber with both normal and motion effects (USB powered), a lightsaber hilt, a holoprojector, a holographic statue of Bail Organa, and the toy droid L0-LA59 (Lola). The display base utilizes transparent parts to recreate a scene of floating rocks, which indeed enhances the overall presentation of the figure.
▼ The special edition, available for early pre-order at the "Hot Toys Summer Showcase 2022 Collectible Figures Exhibition," will also include Anakin Skywalker's lightsaber hilt and a wooden box.
