Bandai Toy Company's GASHAPON division, under its highly popular "Insect Encyclopedia" ultra-realistic shell-less eco gashapon series, will once again popularly launch the fourth installment, the "Stag Beetle 04" gashapon, after releasing impressive works like "Stag Beetle" and "Stag Beetle 02"! There are a total of five types, with a suggested retail price of 500 JPY per capsule, and they are expected to reappear in late July 2022!
The popular beetle "GASHAPON Stag Beetle 04 Gashapon" is crafted in a large size with a total length of 95 mm. It completely recreates the real specimens of five insects – the African Giant Black Stag Beetle, Metallifer Stag Beetle (Bronze/Black), Lesser Stag Beetle, and Marbled White-spotted Longhorn Beetle – through 3D modeling. The painting meticulously reproduces the glossy carapace; and through 17 movable joints and internal articulation mechanisms, it fully reproduces the body structure, including biological details such as mandibles, antennae, and abdominal segments. Transparent material is used for wing details, allowing for realistic wing expansion to recreate flying poses!
