BANDAI CANDY, the Shokugan division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., today announced the latest third installment of its new Mobile Suit Gundam-themed Shokugan series, 'MOBILITY JOINT GUNDAM,' with 'Mobile Suit Gundam MOBILITY JOINT GUNDAM VOL.3' scheduled for release in November 2022.
'MOBILITY JOINT GUNDAM' continues the style of G-FRAME, featuring popular Mobile Suits from the 'Mobile Suit Gundam' series in an approximately 3-head-tall proportion. It utilizes a common 'MOBILITY JOINT' articulated frame structure internally, and the exterior armor boasts a high density of details different from the original settings. Once assembled with all parts and stickers, you get a Mobile Suit approximately 70mm tall!
The latest third installment also features 8 types of products. The lineup includes four Mobile Suits from 'Mobile Suit Gundam UC': Unicorn Gundam, Sinanju, ReZEL, and ReZEL Type-C (Defenser b-Unit) (General Revil deployment). Each Mobile Suit utilizes the MOBILITY JOINT articulated frame, boasting approximately 20 points of articulation. The sculpting features high-density details, and paintwork reproduces details such as Unicorn Gundam's red psychoframe and Sinanju's golden engravings.
The other 4 types are EX armament parts sets corresponding to each Mobile Suit, allowing the four units to acquire their dedicated beam sabers, beam rifles, beam axes, Hyper Bazooka, and other armaments. They can also reproduce various forms, such as the Full Armor Unicorn Gundam with mounted propellant tanks and the ReZEL Commander Type with added wings!
