TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd., will release a new "Figuarts ZERO Kanao Tsuyuri" PVC figure from the "Figuarts ZERO" character model series, based on "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba". The suggested retail price is 8,580 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in December 2022.
Kanao Tsuyuri (つゆり カナヲ), a highly popular character in "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba", is a user of "Flower Breathing" and a female Demon Slayer Corps swordsman from the same generation as Tanjiro. She always wears a smile but is quiet. As a child, she suffered cruel abuse from her parents, which made her unable to express her emotions and caused communication difficulties. After being sold by her parents, she was rescued by Kanae Kocho and Shinobu Kocho. Under Kanae's guidance, she learned to make decisions by flipping a coin.
The "Figuarts ZERO Kanao Tsuyuri" figure is based on the scene where Kanao chases little Nezuko on Mount Natagumo. It sculpts Kanao Tsuyuri's elegant pose as she lightly draws her sword. Standing 15 cm tall, her flowing cape, skirt, and hair are full of dynamic movement. The meticulously crafted Nichirin Blade swings with blue transparent slashing effect parts. When displayed with the previously released "Figuarts ZERO Nezuko Kamado", it recreates the classic and adorable scene from the series.
