Japanese figure manufacturer Max Factory is set to release a 1/7 scale figure of "Daiwa Scarlet" in her [Azure Apex] winning outfit, based on the popular mobile game "Uma Musume Pretty Derby". The suggested retail price is 23,800 JPY, with an anticipated release in August 2023!
In "Uma Musume Pretty Derby", the highly anticipated noble lady "Daiwa Scarlet" is characterized as a cheerful, gentle honor student who enjoys idol-like popularity at the academy! However, she also possesses a strong sense of pride and an intense dislike for losing, making her a Uma Musume who strives to be number one and is willing to put in any effort and hardship. In races, she not only seeks victory but also aims to completely dominate the race pace at her own rhythm. Her real-life inspiration is a purebred racehorse from Japan's scarlet lineage, known as the "Crimson Queen who looks down on all under heaven." After retirement, Daiwa Scarlet returned to Hokkaido to become a broodmare.
The "Daiwa Scarlet" 1/7 scale figure stands approximately 29 cm tall, capturing her majestic and triumphant pose after winning a race. Her [Azure Apex] winning outfit is adorned with textured metallic paint, and intricate details such as her crown and decorative ropes are faithfully reproduced. The costume, which accentuates her well-proportioned, healthy physique, features realistic wrinkle lines, and her skirt flows naturally! Coupled with her dynamic twin tails and ponytail, the overall sculpt is exceptionally stunning and captivating! The base is designed as a victory concert stage, showcasing the dazzling moment of her triumph!
