The classic animated film "Princess Mononoke" (もののけ姫), directed by Hayao Miyazaki and produced by Studio Ghibli of Japan, was released in the summer of 1997. The story is set in a fictional Muromachi period, where the Emishi youth Ashitaka's village is attacked by a "demon" monster. During the battle, he suffers wounds and a curse from the demon. To break the curse, he leaves his home to find the origin of the demon god. He and San, a girl raised by wolf gods, become embroiled in the conflict between humans and the forest deities...

The "Forest Spirit" three-dimensional model measures approximately 24 cm in height and 30 cm in width. It is sculpted to resemble the guardian deity of the forest as it usually appears in the film, vividly recreating the giant deer's fluffy beard and chest fur. Its bird-like limbs and baboon-like face are also meticulously detailed. Its eyes exude an aura of majesty, and the colossal antlers on its head are magnificent! The base beneath its feet is inspired by a forest greenland, recreating the world view of the work. It depicts plants withering and regenerating where the Forest Spirit has trod, evoking the scene of its majestic appearance.
