To commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Japanese tokusatsu series "Space Sheriff Gavan," Japanese model manufacturer Megahouse today announced the latest product in its large-scale light-up statue "Ultimate Article" series: "Space Sheriff Gavan," scheduled for release in December 2022.
The "Ultimate Article Space Sheriff Gavan" stands at an impressive 40cm tall. Its silver-white battle suit, showcasing a contemporary high-tech feel, not only features intricately sculpted details but also boasts a brilliant electroplated silver finish. Areas such as the head and chest also utilize multi-colored clear parts to create the light-up sections. Included accessories are the "Right Arm Holding Laser Blade," "Laser Blade (Normal State)," and "Laser Blade (Light-up State)," allowing for a cool sword-wielding pose.
Furthermore, the entire body features as many as 25 light-up mechanisms and includes in-series BGM sound effects. By activating two modes via the base, you can recreate impressive light and sound effects. [Mode 1] will play the BGM "Space Sheriff Gavan," and the lights on the head and chest will sequentially flash at high speed. [Mode 2] will play the BGM "Gavan Dynamic!!," accompanying the climax of a battle and the drawing of the Laser Blade, with all body light-up mechanisms and the Laser Blade entering a constant illumination state!
