To commemorate the release of the latest game in the Pokémon series, "Pokémon Scarlet and Violet," on November 18, 2022, BANDAI SPIRITS' immensely popular "Ichiban Kuji" (一番くじ) brand, known for its guaranteed-win lottery, has announced the launch of a commemorative product, the "Ichiban Kuji Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Release Commemoration Lottery," on the day following the game's release.
"Pokémon Scarlet and Violet" is the first open-world RPG in the Pokémon series, bringing new challenges while continuing the familiar gameplay of raising Pokémon and engaging in battles. This adventure takes place in the magnificent land of the Paldea region, where various landscapes stretch endlessly. Players, as the protagonist, will attend an ancient academy located in the largest city, Mesagoza, to learn about Pokémon and undertake a "Treasure Hunt" themed outdoor research project. Riding Legendary Pokémon, they will traverse the vast world, experiencing a new form of adventure with no fixed story order!
The "Ichiban Kuji Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Release Commemoration Lottery" features the A Prize as the perennial starter Pokémon cushion. Plushies of Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly are sewn onto a Poké Ball-shaped soft cushion, perfect for comfortably resting your hands on your lap while gaming or reading. The B Prize is a Pikachu plushie, approximately 29 cm tall, holding a small cup that can be used to store various small items! The C Prize is an Eevee plushie, approximately 27 cm long, with no special function other than being incredibly cute!
Other prizes include a rich assortment of lifestyle goods infused with Pokémon elements, such as cotton blankets, plates, cups, and cutlery. Designed in an elegant line-art style, these items showcase the cuteness of each Pokémon while also being highly practical, allowing your living space to be filled with Pokémon!
