Released by BANDAI CANDY, the Shokugan division of Bandai Co., Ltd. Japan, the highly acclaimed new GK model-style series for 'Mobile Suit Gundam', 'GUNDAM ARTIFACT', announced today (19th) the release of its third product, 'GUNDAM ARTIFACT 3', scheduled for December 19, 2022.
'GUNDAM ARTIFACT' is a Shokugan product that mimics GK (Garage Kit) model kits. Made from ABS material with an earth-yellow molded color resembling synthetic resin, it recreates real-scale Mobile Suits in a mini size of approximately 5.5 cm tall, and can be disassembled into about 50 highly detailed parts. Despite its intricate design, the individual unit price is quite affordable, with each mobile suit costing only about 500 JPY.
The lineup for this third release, 'GUNDAM ARTIFACT 3', includes five mobile suits: 'Z Gundam', '00 Raiser', 'Qubeley', 'Gouf Flight Type', and 'Jegan (Enhanced Armament Type)'. Each Mobile Suit features a design style distinctly different from its original, incorporating extensive weapon enlargement, armor separation, enhanced internal structure details, and landing gear-style feet, showcasing the designer's unique flair. In addition to the standard earth-yellow molded color, there's also a chance to get a rare 'fluorescent pink' molded color with a low drop rate!
