The renowned 3.75-inch sci-fi military-themed collectible series "Acid Rain" recently unveiled several new articulated figures and vehicles. This article will bring you product information for the FAV-A76 "Blacksand Squad Set" 1/18 scale articulated figures!
The official name of the "Blacksand Squad" is the "19th Desert Independent Platoon of the Hell Legion," but they are more commonly known as the Blacksand Squad. They are an elite unit within the Omanga Empire's Hell Legion, fiercely loyal to their fearless leader, "Gottlieb." The 19th Platoon was originally one of the vanguard units that Titus used to destroy Istansia. After the main forces withdrew, they were left to garrison the desert region. During this period, they remained largely unknown until Gottlieb became their commander. Through cunning and unconventional tactics, he led the unit to become one of Omanga's most formidable desert forces, effectively tying down factions such as the Sand Ghouls, Istansian Restorationists, and Argosian Army through efficient and flexible deployment.

Appearing as a two-figure set, the "Blacksand Squad" includes one Blacksand Sergeant and one Blacksand Soul Soldier. Their bodies are primarily gray, black, and sand-colored, with distinct differences in design and color scheme for parts such as helmets, chest packs, belts, and shin guards. In addition to the figures themselves, accessories include an "OM-947 Machine Gun," an "OR-56 Battle Rifle," an "OP-5 Pistol," an "OP-5E Pistol," and two backpacks. Their cool designs make you want to enlist! Of course, you can also pair them with the simultaneously released "FAV-A78 Kookaburra CM1s" to create spectacular battle scenes!
