The popular articulated candy toy series "SHODO" from BANDAI CANDY, the candy toy division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., has announced its latest product from "Digimon," the "Imperialdramon Paladin Mode & Omegamon" PREMIUM BANDAI limited box set. The suggested retail price is 6,600 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in January 2023!
The ancient Dragon-type Digimon "Imperialdramon" appeared in "Digimon Adventure 02" as the Ultimate form, evolving from Paildramon, which was formed by the Jogress Evolution of ExVeemon and Stingmon. Known as the Emperor Dragon who reigned over the ancient Digital World, while possessing immense power in its basic Dragon Mode, it was also wild and difficult to control. When it wields the holy sword "Omega Blade," the awakening of its righteous heart transforms it into the true savior, "Imperialdramon Paladin Mode." Legend says it prevented the great collapse of the Digital World and is the progenitor of the Royal Knights.
The "SHODO Imperialdramon Paladin Mode & Omegamon" condenses its cool design into a palm-sized figure of approximately 10 cm tall. It features the characteristic white and gold color scheme of the Paladin Mode, faithfully recreating its massive, pure white wings. Paired with the holy sword "Omega Blade" and interchangeable hand parts for holding the sword, you can recreate dynamic battle poses! Additionally, Omegamon, which appeared in SHODO Digimon Adventure Vol. 3, returns with new arm parts, recreating its weapon-stored state from its iconic birth scene in the series!
