BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Division TAMASHII NATIONS' "S.H.MonsterArts" series, which combines exquisite monster sculpting with outstanding articulation technology, will re-release the classic product from "Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah," the "Mecha King Ghidorah Shinjuku Decisive Battle Special Set." The damaged state from its battle with Godzilla can also be recreated! The suggested retail price is 29,700 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in February 2023.
The "S.H.MonsterArts Mecha King Ghidorah Shinjuku Decisive Battle Special Set" makes its comeback, based on the previously released 2015 version! Standing approximately 25 cm tall, it faithfully recreates King Ghidorah's cool appearance as a semi-mechanical monster, transformed through mechanization of its central head, body wings, and shins. Ball joints are used in all three necks, allowing for more flexible head movement. By replacing the wing parts, the battle-damaged state can be recreated! Furthermore, the mechanical claws and chains on its abdomen, specifically designed to capture Godzilla, have also been updated; parts of the body are rendered using die-cast, and the paintwork is even closer to the colors seen in the film! Pair it with Godzilla for play to recreate the decisive battle scenes between the two colossal beasts (And of course, there's a surprising change in the price too!)
