Fully Transformable, Recreating MA Form: 'METAL ROBOT SPIRITS Gundam TR-6 [Woundwort]' Scheduled for Release Next February! That Mobile Suit Will Also Be Commercialized?

From Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Collectors Toy Division TAMASHII NATIONS, the 'METAL ROBOT SPIRITS' series, which combines metallic texture painting and an alloy frame, today announced the latest product from 'ADVANCE OF Ζ: Under the Titans Flag', the 'Gundam TR-6 [Woundwort]', scheduled for release in February 2023.

In Universal Century 0083, as the Zeon remnants' "Delaz Fleet" caused panic on Earth by dropping a colony, the radical Earth Federation Forces organization "Titans" was born. With the goal of "annihilating Zeon remnants," they proposed an MS/MA development plan, the "TR Project." Its main objective was to develop the "Gundam TR-6 [Inle]," a large-scale decisive weapon with the most comprehensive functions, capable of changing configurations through strengthening parts. The culmination of this project was the "RX-124 Gundam TR-6 [Woundwort]." The Woundwort is a small, transformable mobile suit designed for mass production, and it also serves as the core unit of the [Inle]. By swapping out strengthening parts, it can develop forms adapted to various tactics and terrains, achieving peak performance in all battlefields. The combat capability of a single base unit is also comparable to contemporary mobile suits.

The 'METAL ROBOT SPIRITS Gundam TR-6 [Woundwort]' precisely recreates its slender and elegant form with intricate sculpting. The entire unit features a matte and metallic paint finish, exuding a profound sense of weight. The majority of the alloy frame used in the chest, arms, and legs has undergone electroplating, further enhancing its mechanical heft. Additionally, transfer printing is used in multiple areas across the entire unit to reproduce markings such as the T3 unit emblem, not only enriching the detail but also making the model more realistic.

The weaponry includes the 'Composite Shield Booster,' which features a precise transformation mechanism. The barrel section can be switched from its normal state to a heat-emitting state to recreate the heat saber used for close combat. Without needing to swap parts, it can transform from rifle mode to claw mode, and the included cable part allows for recreating its launched state.

Thanks to METAL ROBOT SPIRITS' unique interpretation of a complete transformation mechanism, the Gundam TR-6 [Woundwort] can transform into its MA (Mobile Armor) form without needing to swap parts or have any leftover components, and it also recreates the deployment of the auxiliary arms beneath the unit.

The METAL ROBOT SPIRITS series also teased future planned releases for the 'TR Project,' unveiling a silhouette resembling the Woundwort-Rah equipped with the Hrududu II Expansion Set for Gundam TR-6.
