Released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., the "GUNDAM FIX FIGURATION METAL COMPOSITE" series of alloy and ABS finished products, supervised by popular mechanical designer Katoki Hajime, today officially announced the latest product from "Mobile Suit Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz", the "Wing Gundam Zero (EW Ver.) Noble Color Ver.", scheduled for release in February 2023.
This product is essentially the same as the first edition released in 2018, utilizing technology cultivated from the METAL BUILD series. It is a high-quality finished model made of ABS and alloy materials, featuring transformation mechanisms and deployment gimmicks. However, the entire unit is being re-released with a new paint scheme called "Noble Color", which is essentially a matte finish to present a more substantial and weighty aesthetic. The body markings remain unchanged, still adorned with a wealth of Katoki-style decals, adding rich detail.
In addition to its iconic weapon, the "Twin Buster Rifle", the "G.F.F.M.C. Wing Gundam Zero (EW Ver.) Noble Color Ver." also includes armaments such as the "Shield" (which did not appear in the anime) and six "MESSER ZWERG" units. Combine the Messer Zwerg units with the rifle to recreate armed forms seen in the manga and novels. Furthermore, it incorporates transformation mechanisms not seen in the anime, allowing it to transform into two "Bird Modes" for use both within and outside the atmosphere, as well as a "ZERO System Activation" mode where armor on the head, shoulder armor, chest armor, wrists, legs, and other areas can be deployed.
