The Warrior of Water returns! Japanese renowned toy company "Sentinel", as part of its 30th-anniversary commemorative project for the classic anime series 《Ronin Warriors》, is scheduled to release the fifth new product in its "Super Elastic Articulation" series in June 2023: Shin Mouri, the Warrior of Water, one of the main protagonists of Ronin Warriors!
The anime series 《Ronin Warriors》 (Yoroiden Samurai Troopers, literally "Armored Samurai Troopers," known in Hong Kong as "Armored Saint Seiya") was produced by the renowned Sunrise animation studio, began airing in 1988, and consists of a total of 39 episodes. The anime's most prominent feature is the story of five protagonists, each donning colorful battle armor resembling Japanese samurai, known as "Yoroi Gear" (よろいギア), and possessing different abilities and titles, as they battle against the Youja Emperor Arago and his Youja Army.

Incidentally, it can be seen that the character and armor designs of this work are very similar to those of 《Saint Seiya》, a project influenced by and created in response to the success of 《Saint Seiya》 in 1986. At the time, the theme of humans donning armor to fight was very popular, and Ronin Warriors later became a classic representative of this genre.
Shin Mouri, known as "Shin of the Water Margin" (or "Warrior of Water"), who wears light blue battle Yoroi Gear, has the real name Shin Mouri and is a descendant of the Sengoku period general Motonari Mouri. His weapon is the "Nijou Yari" (Twin Spears), and he is also known as the "Warrior of Water." His special move, "Super Wave Crusher" (Chouryuuha), involves accumulating water energy onto his spear and thrusting at enemies with a wave of power. After his Hyper Sentinel Awakening, it transforms into "Hyper Sentinel Super Wave Crusher" (Choudandou Chouryuuha).
This "Shin Mouri, the Warrior of Water" released by Sentinel is the fifth item in the series. It inherits the highly poseable body's advantage of excellent playability. The armor can be independently assembled into a display state and comes with a dedicated stand. For accessories, there are two sets of interchangeable hand parts. The weapon accessories, the Nijou Yari (Twin Spears) and the gauntlet claws, have deployable functions. His back can simultaneously store both the Nijou Yari and a small knife. There are four types of expression parts, perfectly recreating Shin as depicted by Norio Shioyama. Additionally, the helmet's visor uses clear parts. Some accessories connect via magnets.
