Hong Kong toy manufacturer Hot Toys recently announced several new products from "Black Adam." In addition to the "DX29 Regular Version" and "DX30 Deluxe Version," they have also unveiled the DX31 numbered "Black Adam Golden Armor" Deluxe Version 1/6th scale collectible figure, based on the SDCC promotional design! This figure is expected to ship from Q4 2023 to Q1 2024.
"Black Adam," scheduled to be released in Taiwan on October 19, 2022, tells the story of an ancient Egyptian named "Teth-Adam." After being granted the power of ancient gods and imprisoned for nearly five millennia, he is finally freed from his tomb and brought to the modern era, where he will confront the "Justice Society of America." He is a character who walks the line between supervillain and anti-hero, oscillating between destroying and saving the world.
Compared to the DX29 and DX30 versions, this Golden Armor rendition of "Black Adam" not only features golden yellow paint on the forearm armor, boots, and belt, but also showcases a distinct visual effect on the chest lightning, which has an internal LED light-up function, creating an imposing presence when illuminated! Two head sculpts are included, both equipped with rolling eyeball technology and UV effect paint. Accessories include a black hooded cloak, abundant golden lightning effects, multiple interchangeable hands, and a rock-textured display base adorned with the "Black Adam" logo. It truly gets cooler the more you look at it!
