Today, Japan's Sentinel Co., Ltd. announced the latest products from the classic anime 'Madō King Granzort' under its robot-themed alloy action figure series 'METAMOR-FORCE': the dual versions 'METAMOR-FORCE Aqua Beat' and 'METAMOR-FORCE Aqua Beat Metallic Color Version', both scheduled for release in May 2023.
DO MA KI SA RA MU, shine forth, Aqua Beat!
Aqua Beat is one of the 'Three Light Madō Kings' that controls water, summoned by the Madō Warrior Rabi using the Madō Gyro. Its magic harnesses the power of water, allowing it to freely manipulate water and engage in prolonged underwater combat, making its aquatic performance superior among the Madō Kings. Wielding the 'Trident of the Water God,' the Wave Emperor's Spear, it can unleash the powerful special move 'Flash Burst, Wave Emperor's Spear'!
'METAMOR-FORCE Aqua Beat' continues the design style of its predecessor, Granzort. This action figure is crafted from composite materials such as ABS, PVC, PA, POM, and alloy parts, boasting a well-proportioned physique. Its armament includes the cool Wave Emperor's Spear, which can also be recreated in its disassembled dual-sword form. With alloy joints, it can be posed in dynamic battle stances. Furthermore, it features a complete transformation mechanism that fully recreates the 'Face Mode' without needing to swap parts. The included magic circle-shaped stand allows for display in a floating state.
The Sentinel official store exclusive 'METAMOR-FORCE Aqua Beat Metallic Color Version' is essentially identical to the standard version in content, but its entire body features a heavy-textured paint application using pearl white, metallic blue, and gold colors, catering to players who prefer metallic finishes. However, its price is slightly higher by 1,100 JPY.
